Questions
FAQ
Who can participate?
Students with startup ideas and early startups — SCSVMV students and alumni, plus teams from nearby colleges subject to capacity.
What team size is allowed?
1 to 4 members. The first member you list is the team leader and our point of contact.
Is there a registration fee?
₹699 per team — a flat fee covering up to 4 members. It includes the founder ID card, lanyard, startup badge, welcome kit, a participation certificate for every member, your pitch slot and Expo display space. Food is not included; stalls will be available on site through the day.
Is food included?
No. Internal student stalls and external food stalls will operate at the venue all day, so you can buy what you like. Keeping food out of the fee let us hold the registration price down.
What does the registration fee cover?
Your team's entry, the event kit, refreshments on the day, and a participation certificate for every member. Audience entry is free for everyone.
What is the Eureka! Team ID and why do you need it?
When you register at ecell.in/eureka you receive a Team ID. Registering there with our NEC referral ID before the deadline keeps you eligible for the Zonal round — the ID lets us confirm it.
Can I attend without pitching?
Yes, and it is completely free. Audience entry costs nothing — register for a free pass, and your QR is emailed to you immediately. Explore the Innovation Expo and watch the winners announced live.
